Base Camp is live and operational. The full ABM list (508 accounts) is loaded. The platform runs 5 AI agents that take an account from raw signal all the way to ready-to-send outreach, with David's approval as the final gate.
A play is a complete outreach sequence for one person: 5 emails spaced 2-3 days apart, plus LinkedIn warm-up running in parallel. Each play is personalized to that specific person's role, background, and the trigger signal that made them relevant.
24 accounts have been fully researched through the pipeline. Of those, 14 are already in active outreach with campaigns running. The remaining are A/A+ accounts where the copy is being improved to match the latest writing standards before going live.
Each campaign is a staggered 5-email sequence per person, spaced 2-3 days apart. Multiple prospects at the same account are staggered so the company sees one Cobalt email every few days, not a blast. Sequences are in various stages, with some prospects already on their second or third email.
Scout, Sage, Atlas, and Warden are working well. They improve with every run, learning from feedback, carrying permanent rules, and getting sharper over time. Research quality, play design, and QA rigor are all solid and getting stronger.
Quill (the writer) is under constant improvement. Every edit David makes to a draft teaches the system what to do differently. Subject lines, opener structure, banned phrases, voice, tone. This is the agent that gets the most attention because the copy is what the prospect actually sees. It's learning and improving with every batch.
Warden now does employment verification. Before reviewing any copy, Warden checks LinkedIn to confirm each person still works at the target company. This catches people who left, which has happened on several accounts already.
The agents are solid. The main area under active improvement is the plumbing: the connections between agents and external systems. This is what makes everything flow smoothly end to end.
